2026 SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS POLL
PROPOSED CHANGES to TRUST DEED
Proposed changes to the Hokotehi Moriori Trust Deed are now available for review by registered members of Hokotehi Moriori Trust. In accordance with Clause 21 of the Trust Deed, amendments to the Deed must be approved by members through a Special Resolution Poll. Voting on the proposed resolutions will be conducted by Election Services in accordance with the voting procedures set out in Clause 13 of the Trust Deed.
This page has been created as a central place for members to access information relating to the proposed amendments, including explanatory material, copies of the proposed resolutions, and supporting documents to assist members in making an informed decision before casting their vote.

ISSUE OF VOTING PAPERS
Voting papers have been lodged with NZ Post and an online voting email has been sent to all registered adult members who have an email address in our database. If you do not receive a voting pack within a timely manner, please contact Election Services on 0800 922 822.
RETURN OF VOTING PAPERS
Voting papers must be returned or online voting must be completed no later than 5pm Thursday 9 July 2026 to the Independent Returning Officer for Hokotehi Moriori Trust, Dale Ofsoske.
The results of the election will be announced via our digital channels and at our Special General Meetings on Saturday 11 July 2026.
