HMT COVID19 Hardship Assistance Grant

HARDSHIP GRANTS AND ASSISTANCE DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN AND ISOLATION

Hokotehi is aware that in these weeks of isolation and times of uncertainty some aspects of everyday life may have become difficult for some members. With the assistance of Te Pūni Kōkiri and Te Arawhiti, HMT has a limited pool of funds to assist our Hokotehi members who may need a bit of extra help with a one-off hardship grant.

Please note that these grants are not replacements for the extensive government assistance already available for employees and employers, renters and tenants, mortgage payments and for cash flow/tax payments assistance. For more information on government assistance, please see the COVID19 website for the latest information. https://covid19.govt.nz/government-actions/financial-support/
